Dear My Friends

This is my last post...Time has passed very quickly. I am leaving here tomorrow at 2 am, and I am both excited and sad. But I am quite sure I am going to miss you guys a lot. Tonight my farewell party will take place, so I am very looking forward to it. Though I will leave here afterwards, my friends are going to the airport with me to see me off. Don't do that... I will cry and not be able to go back to Japan.... Hahaha. I really appreciate your kindness.
When I looked back over my American life, I realized it really had influenced me. So, clearly I could not have been what I am without it. I really enjoyed.
I hope to see you again sometime! Please don't forget the weird Japanese! Also, thank you for reading my blog. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Two Days!!!

Well, well, well... I will leave for Japan in two days. How weird it is! I have been feeling as if I was going to come back here after this winter break. But, I am leaving here seriously. The time to finish studying abroad is around the corner.
Today Shawn and I went to a post office and applied for sending my package to Japan. Also, I went to Wal-Mart and bought a planner. Then, Shawn's parents invited me for dinner, so we went to a restaurant. Before we started to have dinner, I gave the kimono that my mom used to put on to Kelly. My mom knew Kelly liked a kimono, so she sent it to me to express thanks to kelly. Kelly was very suprised and almost cried. Then, she hugged me a lot and kissed me a couple times! Hahaha. I was very glad that she was really pleased. Kelly, thank you for taking care of me. Oh, I also got a gift from Kelly and Dave! Thanks! I won't forget you guys!

Brett's Parents

Posted by Picasa

Brett and I went to his parents house, which it took 2 hours from here. I wanted to meet them again because we had good time on last year's Thanksgiving Day, so I asked Brett to take me to the house before I leave. When I met them, I realized they had not changed since that time. That was a relief! I really had good memories because they showed me what American people did on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Rita and Steve, I really appreciate your kindness. I hope to see you again sometime!

Finished!

Today I finished my last exam! That's a relief. This and last week were the most busiest weeks that I had ever had. All I have to do is pack my stuff and get ready for going back to Japan!I have my last karate test tomorrow though. I will try to enjoy that. Anyways, my finals are done. Sweet!

In a Week!

I will be in Japan! When I looked back over my American life, I really had good time here thanks to Kansan people. I like the place Kansas as well because it is very laid-back and totally different from Tokyo! The people in Tokyo walk much faster! :) As you know, at first I was thinking that I was going to go to the University of New Orleans, but I changed my mind for some reason. If I had gone there, I would not have enjoyed studying abroad bacause of the disaster.
Anyways, I still have a final this Friday, so I have been studying for that. Also, this Saturday I will take my last karate test, so I should be ready for that. Wish me luck!

Surprise!!!

Posted by Picasa Kelly got me! I was really surprised!

Today I had Kelly's class, and she surprised me. All of a sudden, the K-State mascot "Willie," holding the big card said "TOMO," came into the class room. I had no clue what was going on. But, he gave me some gifts(Look at the picture!) anyway. I was happy though I was a little confused...

When I asked Kelly who made that plan after class, she told me that she did. It was all her plan!!! Kelly... Thank you!!! But don't suprise me in front of many students!!! Anyways, I really appreciate her kindness. She has taken care of me in class and outside class, so she is my American mom!!! Kelly, thank you so much!!!
